Founder
Princess K. Egland is a doctoral-prepared, board-certified, licensed Physician Assistant and the founder of 7th Element Medical Aesthetics, PLLC, a luxury medical aesthetics clinic in Houston's Montrose district. Her path in medicine spans more than a decade — starting as a pharmacy technician, growing through medical technology, and practicing as a Physician Assistant for 11 years before completing her Doctorate of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. A lifelong student of her craft, Princess has pursued advanced aesthetics training across the globe, with programs throughout the U.S. as well as Dermamedical, Avanti Aesthetics, and Promed Aesthetics in London, and Luxe Beauté Clinic in Canada — bringing an international perspective to every treatment she provides. At 7th Element, she offers a full spectrum of care, from neurotoxins and dermal fillers to PRP/PRF, microneedling, DPN and skin tag removal, peptide therapy, and GLP-1 weight management — each delivered within a refined, patient-centered environment. Outside the clinic, Princess is an avid reader, cherishes time with her children, and is devoted to helping others discover and embrace their natural beauty
Medical Director
Dr. Asim Merchant is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine and over a decade of clinical experience, serving as Medical Director of 7th Element Medical Aesthetics. His depth of medical expertise ensures that every aesthetic treatment is delivered with the highest standards of safety, precision, and care. Dr. Merchant's interest in anti-aging and wellness grew from years spent caring for patients seeking surgical rejuvenation and treatments tied to the natural aging process — a path that led him to specialize in evidence-based, non-surgical aesthetic therapies. Passionate about blending medical science with the art of aesthetics, he focuses on natural, refined results that enhance beauty while honoring each patient's individuality. Before relocating to Texas, Dr. Merchant served as a team physician for the Florida Gators. Outside of practice, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For most treatments, we will provide you with disposable undergarments and a robe for privacy and ease. Your comfort is our priority throughout the experience.
3. Can I customize my treatment?
Absolutely. We encourage you to discuss your specific goals and concerns with your therapist before the session begins. They will tailor the pressure, focus areas, and products used to create a personalized treatment just for you.
4. What if I’m late or need to cancel?
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a fee. If you are running late, please call us. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note your treatment may be shortened to avoid delaying our next guest.
